Pasteurized Juice

Vin Bon's pasteurized juice is made from selectively harvested grapes that are squeezed then pasteurized. Pasteurization is a process where the grape juice is heated to eliminate any and all bacteria and disease. It is then cooled to preserve its flavour and nutritional content. This pasteurization suspends the fermentation process in the grape juice and ensures freshness for making your own wine.
