ARGENTINA'S BEST KEPT RED WINE SECRET

people wineBonarda Wine Argentina's Best Kept Red Wine Secret.....

Argentina's second most planted grape variety is a bit of a mystery.  Believed to have slipped into the country during the 19th century, brought here by immigrants from northern Italy.  Today there are 46,000 acres of Bonarda in Argentina, of which 36,000 are in Mendoza where our Wine Maker Adrian Carabajal is from.

A bit lighter-bodied than Malbec, but full of fruit, with falvours of cherries and plums with light tannins and moderate acidity, it is the perfect red wine to pair with grilled meats at the start of our BBQ season.  Go to any Vin Bon store and make your own batch of Bonarda today.  Don't forget to brag to your guests, you made it your self.  Cheers!
